For many years, we’ve upheld a beautiful tradition in Vereda Las Mercedes, Santa Bárbara, where our farm El Rosal is located. Every Christmas, we gather with the children of friends and neighbors from the vereda to enjoy a day full of joy and activities. We pray the traditional novena together, sing carols that echo through the mountains, share delicious holiday dishes, and hold raffles that bring smiles to everyone’s faces. The gifts we give are more than just objects — they’re symbols of love and gratitude for this community that means so much to us.

El Rosal holds a special place in the heart of Perpetuo Café and in our family.
