This coffee was born to make our grandparents’ legacy perpetual. They taught us to work with respect for the land and community. Today, this woman-founded company continues their path: supporting rural families, empowering women, and protecting biodiversity. The sparrow in our logo symbolizes our commitment to the ecosystem through sustainable farming. These values are present in every cup—and matter to those who seek products with purpose.

AUTHENTIC, IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCES

We brought the farm to Sabaneta. In our shop, we recreate the rustic feel of El Rosal, brewing your coffee in front of you with methods like V60 or Chemex, or surprising you with experimental drinks like our Cold Brew. We offer fine pastries and brewing tools so you can enjoy the experience at home too. And if you want more, you’re welcome to visit our farm or join a cupping or barista workshop. Others may offer experiences—but few can say it all starts in their own soil.
