WE SPEAK ENGLISH & SPANISH.

Coffee with Soul
Our farm, El Rosal 🌹 — inherited from our grandparents — is the heart and soul behind Perpetuo Café. We grow specialty coffee using sustainable farming practices, protecting the environment and supporting our local community.
🌱 Coffee Trees: We cultivate 11.000 trees of the Castillo and Castillo Rosario varieties, known for their resilience and excellent cup profile. This allows us to produce around 15 loads per year of truly unique micro-lots.
💚 Ethical Commitment: We work hand in hand with local families —especially women from the local community— ensuring that every cup is not only delicious, but also ethical and sustainable.
