We’re excited to share that Perpetuo Café de Altura is setting its sights on an event that will make history in our region: World of Coffee Panama 2026, organized by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), taking place October 23–25, 2026, in Panama City.
This will be the first-ever World of Coffee held in Central America, bringing together producers, roasters, cuppers, baristas, and specialty coffee leaders from around the globe. It will also host international competitions like the World Barista Championship, becoming a global stage for showcasing the talent and diversity of our coffee-growing region.
For us, it’s not just about attending. It’s about representing the legacy of our farm, El Rosal in Santa Bárbara (Antioquia), and showing how specialty coffee can be a true tool for prosperity, sustainability, and dignity—from the soil to the people. Beyond scores, sophistication, and flavor notes, we believe in a vision where small producers can also take the spotlight, democratizing the specialty experience and making it more accessible, inclusive, and human.
Heading to Panama 2026 is one more step in our mission to share with the world the legacy of our grandparents—now made Perpetuo: that a well-crafted cup can transform lives, protect ecosystems, and connect cultures.
Thank you for being part of this journey. See you in Panama!
