Experience coffee from its origin: a sensory journey at Perpetuo.
High in the mountains of Santa Bárbara, Antioquia, there’s a place where coffee isn’t just something you drink… it’s something you live. Welcome to El Rosal 🌹—the coffee farm of Perpetuo Café de Altura, where we grow specialty micro-lots with full sensory traceability, a unique character, and a deep commitment to sustainability 🌱.
Each visit becomes an unforgettable journey. Guests walk through real coffee fields at 1,850 to 1,950 meters above sea level ⛰️, handpick ripe cherries 🍒, and learn the secrets behind the fermentations of washed 💦, honey 🍯, and natural 🫐 coffees. The tour reveals how each stage—from cultivation to drying—shapes the sensory profile of the coffee ☕. And it’s not just theory: everything is tasted in practice by brewing coffee using various methods ⏳ and sharing a delicious traditional sancocho campesino 🍲.
But the magic goes beyond the process 👩🌾. Surrounded by streams, vibrant mountains, and the song of the crested sparrow 🐦 that inspired our logo, each step invites you to connect with the land, with our family’s story, and with the purpose of a brand that grows, processes, and serves its own coffee—no middlemen involved.
The experience continues at our store in Sabaneta, where you can buy brewing tools like Chemex, V60, and French press, enjoy coffee drinks made fresh to order, and pair them with fine pastries that enhance every tasting note of our coffee.
Perpetuo is not just a cup… it’s a story you can drink. A legacy made Perpetual.
